Founded and designed at Noosa Beach, Queensland, in 2001, holster proudly distributes footwear globally.
Sustainable
65% of the materials used in holster shoes can be recycled post-use. holster has adopted a recyclable sneaker upper yarn made of discarded plastic bottles from the ocean.
Ethically produced
Parts of each collection are made by hand. holster utilise accredited manufacturers and work with ethical offshore suppliers who the CEO visits biannually. No child labour is involved in the supply chain of any holster designs. On a weekly basis, holster team members oversee factory procedures to ensure the highest level of production standards are maintained.
Eco-friendly fabrics
holster footwear is made of natural, renewable, biodegradable materials such as cotton, jute and rubber. For a select range of sneakers, holster has adopted a new yarn made of recycled plastic bottles. Certified by the Global Recycled Standard, 20 x 600ml plastic bottles produce one pair of sneaker uppers. Our REACH PVC can be recycled under Category 3.
Certified vegan
holster is accredited by industry bodies including Vegan Society UK and PETA. No animal textiles or animal by-products are used in holster collections. No animals have been harmed in the process, production or manufacture of shoes, including glues used to make holster footwear. holster pursues partnerships with other vegan brands to synergise vegan efforts globally
