Click and Collect

  • Click and Collect Order will be processed and ready for Pickup at 1pm-2pm, Monday to Friday.


Your parcel will leave our store within 12 hours of you placing you order, excluding weekends or public holidays.

Orders received before 1PM AEST on a business day are shipped the same day, if your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next day.
Please allow for an extra day during promotional sales period.

Returns Policy

Due to our online customers not being able to try on their purchases, LUXE offers an exchange or credit (valid for 3 months on the purchase price, not postage) for all change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision purchases.

This only applies to FULL priced items. REFUNDS are NOT available.

When returning items, the following guidelines are required:

  • Returns postage is at the customers expense.

  • Contact Luxe by phone or email to advise as soon as you receive your parcel.

  • Luxe must be made aware of your intention to return and we MUST approve your return before sending it to us.

  • We will issue you a RA number upon approval.

  • Item/s must be received by LUXE within 7 days of your delivery date.

  • Item/s must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.

  • Item/s must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • All returns must be provided with a tracking number.

  • We cannot offer exchanges or credits on lost parcels; it is recommended to use tracking on your return parcels

  • Please choose carefully as We do not offer refunds, exchange or credit for items purchased ON CLEARANCE SALE.

  • Our NO RETURNS POLICY applies to: Accessory Items (i.e Handbags, Sunglasses & Jewellery)


  • Where avaliable, we will gladly exchange any full priced item, however the customer will be charged a return postage.

Faulty items
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the item we have sent has a minor fault, then we have the right to repair the fault to the product.

  • If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please contact us immediately (02) 69646006 or email us orders@luxeshoesgriffith.com with 2 photos attached, which will speed up the return process. Fair Wear & Tear is not considered faulty.
